We work diligently to fulfill orders within 2 business days. During busy holiday seasons, extended shipping times may occur.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can keep track of your package.

Shipping rates:

We offer free shipping on all US retail orders. For orders outside the US, shipping rates apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged or is otherwise incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt so we can make it right.

Please be aware that due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays and carrier disruptions, shipping times may vary.
